This new finding tool helps you to identify cases that have the most precedential value. Citation Frequency Notes displays precisely how many times a decision has been cited as a precedent.
These notes appear in case law search results and KeyCite® Canada result lists. New functionality allows you to limit results by citation frequency, so that you can save research time by focussing on the most frequently cited cases. Build stronger arguments with case law that is cited most often in court.
