These notes appear in case law search results and KeyCite® Canada result lists. New functionality allows you to limit results by citation frequency, so that you can save research time by focussing on the most frequently cited cases. When you perform any search that retrieves case law, citation frequency notes will appear in the result list beside each decision that has been the subject of judicial consideration:
