ResultsPlus is a powerful new search tool on Westlaw^®Canada that adds a new dimension to your case law research. This intelligent cutting-edge tool suggests related analysis that is relevant to the case law search you have done from either the Canadian Encyclopedic Digest (CED) or the Westlaw Canada collection of facta. When you view your case law search results, a maximum of five documents – those scoring the highest relevancy ranking, whether they are CED or factum documents – will be displayed along with your full screen search result. To view more suggestions, click on the View All Results link and you will see up to ten documents (five CED documents and five factum documents). With each factum document suggested you will see three brief excerpts from the factum that you can use to determine whether it is in fact relevant to your issue.
