This enhancement is an especially useful tool when you are faced with a large number of hits in a search result or a large number of KeyCite citing references for a case or legislative.
New functionality allows you to limit your search and KeyCite results using this criterion. Used on its own or in combination with other ways of limiting your results, it provides a new strategy for identifying cases that have the most precedential value.
