In-person training covers basic and advanced research techniques for all Westlaw Canada products, features and functionality. Interactive online exercises are available in: 

Group Sessions – Lecture-style classes at your workplace or off site, from 90 minutes to three hours 
Lab Sessions – Hands-on classes for 10 or more persons in your computer lab, approximately three hours 
Telephone sessions – One-hour courses that quickly get you up and running at a place and time 
   convenient for you
