Legal Wit — Signatures

The back page includes a series of undertakings on behalf of the Corporate Defendants. It bears, on the line provided for "Signature of Proprietor, Partners or of Director if Applicant is a Corporate Entity", the sort of absurd doodle that brings to mind Robertson Davies' observation that an illegible signature is a form of bad manners. The witness spaces opposite this scribble are blank.
